This line assembles circular connector to multi-core cables with 3,4,5 and up to 8 wires. The cables are fed from a cable drum through a cut & strip unit, and can be shielded and foiled or unshielded.

Connectors may be of different sizes (M8/M12) and have various codings (A/X/D and more), and genders (male/female).

The assembly can be done on one or both ends of the cable.

Modules in this line: Manual Uploader, MultiStrip, Spreader, MultiCrimp (x2), Inserter (x2), Overmold, Unload.

The modular approach enables us to increase the number of modules in time restricted processes to provide improved takt times.

Note that combinations can be made for the production of Profinet cables having one side with an M12 connector and the other side having an RJ45 connector.
