This line assembles category cables to modular connectors (RJ45). The cables are fed from a cable drum through a cut & strip unit and can be of various types: U/UTP, F/UTP, U/FTP, S/FTP and more.

The line uses different functioning modules to process the necessary steps for the assembly, from alignment through braid removal, laser cutting of foil layers, un-twisting of twisted pairs, arrangement of wires in accordance with color-coding (T568A or T568B), and more. The connectors can be overmolded for strain relief or esthetic purposes.

All cables produced are fully tested in accordance with various standards.

The modular approach enables us to increase/decrease the number of modules to meet your needs.
